I set reasonable goals for myself and started tracking. It was an eye opening experience. I really had no idea how many calories I was eating all the time. Once I started tracking, the weight started coming off. I found that by being fastidious about tracking, and walking about a half hour each day, the weight started coming off. I still eat all of the food I ate before, just not as much, nor all at the same time. Now there are many tracking apps out there, but I find that Lise It is very easy to use. Once you've used it for a bit, your library of foods you eat makes it easy to find and make entries. Also, finding by meals makes things easy as well. Overall, I have been very pleased and find the app to be very helpful. However, I must say that this is a great starting point to keep track of your intake and nutrients, as well as exercise.
